Join us at the Self-Compassion workshop to:
Learn about self-compassion and how to be kinder to yourself instead of judgmental.
Discover how to choose common humanity instead of isolation, and mindfulness instead of over-identification.
Test your self-compassion and discuss the results and ways to feel compassion for yourself. .
Facilitated by experienced therapists and based on the key principles of positive behaviour change, our fun online workshops help LGBT Londoners become more confident, motivated and resilient.
All Connect Well LGBT workshops take place over Zoom and are free to adults from London’s LGBT Community.
Places on each workshop are allocated on a first come basis – with a maximum of 30 participants per group.
