Exploit the full potential of mindfulness with a range of exercises for self and collective change.
Facilitated by experienced therapists and based on the key principles of positive behaviour change, our fun online workshops help LGBT Londoners become more confident, motivated and resilient.
All Connect Well LGBT workshops take place over Zoom and are free to adults from London’s LGBT Community.
Places on each workshop are allocated on a first come basis – with a maximum of 30 participants per group.
